TERMS AND CONDITIONS - ANGLER

This document outlines the agreement between you, the angler and CEMEX Angling Plus membership scheme, which you have recently joined.

Duration of Agreement

1. This agreement is for a period of 12 months, starting from the 1^st of the month.  Renewal will be required in the final month should you wish to continue to be part of the membership scheme.

Starting Date

1. All memberships will be valid from the first of the month. 
2. Any membership received by the 12^th of the month will begin on the first of the current month. Any application received after this date will begin on the first of the following month.

Welcome Pack

1. Included in the welcome pack is your personalised membership card, welcome letter and other items explaining the scheme and what benefits are available to you as a member.
2. Your personalised membership card includes your picture supplied, name, date of birth, unique membership number and start date. 
3. The counterpart of your membership is in the form of a letter which details your picture supplied, name, address, date of birth, unique membership number, start date and expiry date. 
4. If any of these details are incorrect please contact the administration office immediately via email stating what is incorrect - admin@cemexanglingplus.com or call 0845 299 4073.

Application

1. When joining, you were asked about your details being forwarded to partners enabling them to contact you during the period of this membership.  As part of our data protection procedure should you receive contact from any partner of which you did not ask for, please contact the membership administration team as soon as possible. Partners

1. We have nine partners who will offer a discount or gift as laid out in your welcome pack.
   a) Only a company accepted by the CEMEX Angling Plus membership scheme will be
       welcome as a partner.
   b) All promotions free gifts, and discount offers are subject to availability. 
   c) Whilst ever effort is made to sustain these promotions, free gifts and discount offers
       they are subject to change.  If this occurs then a like for like replacement will be made.
   d) It is the responsibility of the member to use these discounts and offers within the period
       of your 12 month membership, they will only be valid for this period.
   c) Only a suitable offer will be accepted by the CEMEX Angling Plus committee.

      d) It is possible that during your 12 month membership that a partner (s) may change. 
          Should this happen CEMEX Angling Plus will try and replace this partner with a similar
          company.
      e) Should a partner company no longer be part of the scheme then their offer will no
          longer apply.  

Magazine

1. You will receive 12 monthly magazines - Carp and Coarse Angler throughout your membership on a monthly basis.
2. It is your responsibility to advise us of any change of address details.   While every effort will be made to deliver these magazines on time and in good condition, no responsibility can be put upon the publisher.
3. Your first magazine will be delivered to your door on the month that your membership becomes valid.

Fishing

1. Your rules of fishing are laid out by CEMEX Angling.  Failure to adhere to these will cause cancellation of your CEMEX Angling Plus Membership without refund.  If your card is taken by a bailiff or staff member the ’loss of card’ payment will apply.

Loss or Damage of card

1. Should your card be lost or damaged, misplaced or stolen then a fee of £10 will be charged for replacement.  This charge will also apply to the letter part of your membership.

General

• Only under extreme exceptional circumstances will a refund be considered.
• The membership remains the property of CEMEX Angling Plus and can be terminated at any point without recourse should any of the above not be adhered to.
• At the end of your 12 month membership scheme, once you have renewed please retain your plastic card a replacement letter will be re-issued to you with up-to-date information.
• A reminder of expiry will be sent to you, but it is your responsibility to renew annually.  Failure to keep up the continuality would mean you rejoining as a new member, therefore losing any possibility of further loyalty consideration.
• You  must carry both parts of the CEMEX Angling Plus membership scheme, the card, along with the letter which together forms your identification.  Both parts will be required at all times.
• Any cards and letters which have been tampered with will be rejected when checked.
